Braeburn Park is a former orchard, quarry and landfill site reclaimed by nature. This once neglected area is now a thriving oasis boasting several unusual species of insects. It is owned by the Land Trust and managed on their behalf by London Wildlife Trust. The vision for the site is to manage and develop its potential as a nature reserve, protecting and enhancing the biodiversity of the area whilst providing a site that will be highly valued by the local community as an open space for passive recreation, education and enjoyment.
