Our zookeepers are involved in a full range of husbandry duties, including enclosure maintenance, food provision, husbandry training and enrichment programmes. The LVI section is currently responsible for a variety of reptile and invertebrate species, ranging from small lizards (such as Chinese Crocodile Lizards), reared-fanged venomous snakes, crocodilian, chelonians, and large snakes (such as Green Anacondas and Reticulated Pythons). The LVI Keeper will be responsible for all aspects of husbandry to meet a range of specialist nutritional and environmental needs, including managing one of the best large snake exhibits in the country.
