Description: Lynker Technologies, LLC is seeking to hire a Biological Technician to support NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC) at the Kodiak Laboratory in Kodiak, Alaska. The Kodiak Laboratory houses a state of the art seawater laboratory where research is conducted to develop crustacean culturing techniques and examine the effects that environmental conditions have on crab larval development, juvenile condition, and adult reproductive success. Researchers at the Kodiak Laboratory also conduct an annual crab survey in the eastern Bering Sea.
