Council is seeking an enthusiastic and forward thinking natural resource manager to coordinate a program of conservation works across the shire’s suite of bushland and conservation reserves. This is a new position that will work closely with a team of passionate environment professionals to implement and review Council’s existing environmental management plans and develop new reserve management plans as needed. The position will have a regular presence at the reserves and carry out on-ground works as appropriate. The role includes maintaining and enhancing strong collaborative partnerships with the shire’s network of active Landcare and Friends groups.
