The Major Gifts Manger will help create and implement strategies for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of 75-125 individuals throughout the Mountain West. Reporting to the Regional Director of Fundraising, Gulf Coast, Southwest, and Mountain West, the position will help identify and qualify new prospects to build The Conservation Fund’s philanthropic community. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is growth minded and passionate about building a regional major donor program for one of the top ranked conservation organizations in the country.
