Job description New Jersey Conservation Foundation is seeking a full time Major Gifts Manager. The Major Gifts Manager will report to the Assistant Director and coordinate closely with the development team. The Major Gifts Manager will expand and grow the major donor program and manage its implementation. The Manager will create opportunities to foster meaningful interactions between major donors and the NJ Conservation Foundation, including arranging one-on-one meetings, small cultivation events and assisting with larger fundraising events, with the goal of furthering both short and long-term relationships and financial support.
