RES is looking for a Manager for its Invasive Species Management Team with 5+ years of experience based out of our Buffalo NY office. The mission: taking on 10-20  projects at the same time, you will manage upland and wetland restoration, and invasive species management projects, overseeing the projects from the beginning to end, including managing staff, schedules, and technical direction, and project QA/QC. To thrive in this role, you need to possess COMMUNICATION skills, as you will be in constant contact with direct reports, subcontractors, corporate staff, clients, and regulators, all speaking different “technical languages”; and RELATIONSHIP BUILDING skills, as you will be a front face to the regulatory bodies at RES’s project sites.
