WWF International is committed to strengthening country offices and regions by ensuring they have the capabilities required to implement country and regional strategies to deliver conservation impact at scale. The enabling role of Organisational Development and the OD Hub within the Country Offices Management Division has gained recognition and over the last 4 years, there has been increasing demand from offices for support in organisational assessment (OA), OD Planning, and integrating OD in office functions.
