For more than 35 years, Central Oregon LandWatch has worked to protect the region’s cherished farm and forest land, rivers and springs, wildlife habitat and livable communities. Our mission is to protect and conserve the region's ecosystems and wildlife habitats, to foster thriving, sustainable communities and to ensure that the costs and benefits of growth are spread equitably across the community as a whole.

LandWatch is committed to advancing the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion in our work. With the help of consultants and experts, we will develop an organization-wide action plan this year to ensure that our work enhances an environment where every Central Oregonian can reach their full potential. We are seeking a candidate who is willing to
