SCOPE OF JOB The Education Department Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the Education department, including but not limited to: Employee training, employee scheduling, program development, program and workshop delivery, guest service, and safety.   KEY OBJECTIVES   Oversee the safe and efficient daily operations of the SEA LIFE Education department.
