Miami Waterkeeper is seeking a motivated, passionate individual to join our team in the role of Outreach Coordinator. This role combines communications, education, science, and policy, and has the potential to make a lasting impact on the South Florida ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong knowledge about the environmental issues facing Biscayne Bay and the surrounding watershed. The Outreach Coordinator will report to the Program Director. Responsibilities Conduct community outreach through educational programs, presentations, and hands-on activities Plan and lead volunteer and member events, such as restoration projects, boat tours, lectures (some nights and weekends required) Represent Miami Waterkeeper at community events and meetings D
