The purpose of this contract is to support the establishment and development of a coral reef nursery within the community of Canaries as a means of building the resilience and productivity of fish biomass and near shore marine habitat. The project compliments other similar existing initiatives within the Canaries/Anse La Raye Marine Management Area and Soufriere Marine Management Area (CAMMA and SMMA). 1.1  Description of tasks to be undertaken by the Coral Nursery Farming Expert: The Consultant is expected to work partly from his/her country of residence, with the majority of work taking place at project site with the implementing partners per an agreed schedule.
