Joining an MCC field crew gives you the opportunity to serve alongside others from across the country who share your passion for hard work and conservation of wild lands. Your time with MCC will have a lifelong impact on you as well as the landscapes and communities you serve. Montana and the Northern Rockies are among the wildest and most beautiful places in the world. Our participants explore places that many people never get the opportunity to experience and enjoy. Throughout your time in the field, you’ll work hard while exploring wild lands and developing communication and team skills, leadership skills, environmental stewardship values, technical field skills, and a strong service ethic.  Crew interactions are designed to enhance personal growth with the experience itself as th
