Job summary: Manage the Monterey Bay Aquarium (MBA) facilities data, including databases, drawings, and sustainability reporting systems, to ensure source files are accurate for use by internal departments and external consultants and vendors. Support research, programming, design, permitting, and construction management efforts on new and renovation projects and manage small projects as required. Investigate building products for inclusion in standard specifications and sustainability guidelines, create and maintain a product/ systems library, assist with management of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) installations, research of space utilization, and post-occupancy reviews and modifications.
