Do you want to play a crucial role in conserving our iconic wading birds and wildlife? Are you comfortable and confident talking with farmers, wildfowlers and volunteers?  Can you support volunteers to help visitors learn about birds and prevent disturbance? Do you understand land management, the rural economy and the pressures on wading birds? Can motivate and support farmers to increase the nature conservation value of their land. We’re looking for a keen and energetic project co-ordinator. You should be a good communicator, enthusiastic about raising awareness and motivating action. Ideally you are an ecologist or ornithologist with a good understanding of recreational disturbance, and the value of working in partnership with land managers. This role requires good organisation
