This position serves as the Invasive Species Program Coordinator for the Muskegon River Watershed Assembly. The position is responsible for outreach to lakeshore owners and Lake Boards about the MiCorps Cooperative Lakes Management Program Exotic Aquatic Plant Watch (CLMP-EAPW) and completing aquatic invasive species monitoring in up to 3 lakes. Major duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  Recruitment of lakeshore owners to monitor lakes for key aquatic invasive species (AIS); maintaining communication with citizen monitors;  Development of a contact list for 100-150 lake boards and representatives;  Organizing and hosting five lake monitoring recruitment events;  Assisting in lake monitoring for invasive species and water chemistry in up to three area
