The NNR Ranger will be responsible for the day to day management of the Field Studies Council Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve (NNR) and Centre grounds. They will be responsible for ecological conservation and presentation, visitor access and health & safety, events and education visits. This is essentially an active role and will require the job holder to be able to carry out duties associated with nature reserve management & maintenance work, including manual handling e.g. moving and operating equipment and tools.
