The Native Grasslands Conservation Manager is a senior role responsible for development, management and administration of the program, conservation outcome delivery, as well as growing CWF’s native grassland conservation program across the Prairie Provinces. The successful candidate will be a committed leader with a proven track record of delivering change and achieving conservation outcomes. They are capable of developing a vision for grassland conservation, acquiring grants to build program capacity, managing program staff, convening multi-stakeholder groups to identify conservation problems, working collaboratively with ranchers, producer groups, Indigenous communities, government agencies, the agri-food value chain, other conservation groups, and funders
