The Reserve Manager will be part of a Somerset National Nature Reserves (NNR) team based at the Shapwick Heath NNR Office. The NNR team comprises the Senior Reserve Manager, another Reserve Manager and a Reserve Warden and is often joined by seasonal wardens or apprentices. The NNR office is based at the Avalon Marshes Centre which is owned by Natural England and shared with some of our partner bodies. The Somerset NNR team is part of Natural England’s Somerset team and in turn the Wessex Area Team which covers the counties; Somerset, Avon, Wiltshire and Dorset.
