At Plymouth City Council, we are investing in our natural environment and within the Environmental Planning division the Green Estate team is responsible for promoting, protecting and enhancing Plymouth’s natural infrastructure in a manner that delivers maximum benefits for people and nature. The primary role of the team is to develop and keep under review the overall management strategies for the city’s green estate in order to realise maximum benefits for the environment and health as well as deliver financially sustainable models of management.
