Accountabilities:
The post holder will:
- Determine the outcome of complex Environmental permit/ permit applications by making sound decisions for applications for their designated procedure by conducting an appropriate technical assessment in accordance with NRW's policies and procedures where available, and granting, refusing or varying permits to time and budget.
- Specify applications using a range of technical guides and software and/or modeling programs as required by your specific procedure.
- Assist the technical development of licensing officers in your assigned licensing team, through direct training and by supporting the delivery of the Technical Development Framework using your expertise in yo
