Job Purpose: The post will be in the Waste and Resources Group of the Regulation and Permitting department. The key purpose of the job is to deliver NRW’s contribution to the LIFE SMART Waste (LSW) project. This is a project led by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and co-funded by the LIFE+ Programme. The overarching goal of the LIFE SMART Waste project is to demonstrate innovative ways to understand, tackle and reduce waste crime. Although SEPA is the lead organisation, NRW is one of three other partner organisations that will contribute resources to the project. The project will run until 2019.
