Job Purpose: Develop and help deliver a series of decarbonisation actions within NRW, including identifying and collaborating with delivery leads from across the organisation, eg installation of EV charging infrastructure, development of self-supply renewable energy developments, peatland restoration Specify, plan and programme works, including: developing specifications, preparing tender documents, letting, awarding and overseeing contracts, and monitoring and reporting progress on delivery of decarbonisation actions (eg timescales, spend and outcomes) Provide technical advice and guidance on the practical delivery of decarbonisation measures, for example an understanding of construction design and management (CDM) requirements Develop relationships with others internally and external
