Avon Wildlife Trust is looking for a Team Manager to work as part of a team bringing public and private finance together to deliver nature recovery projects in the Bristol Avon Catchment. Alongside a second Team Manager at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, you will be dynamic and innovative, leading your teams to identify suitable project sites and design and deliver projects to maximise benefits for wildlife and deliver nature based solutions. During your daily work you will liaise with landowners to identify project opportunities and work up design plans. You will be passionate about using your strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
