This is a key managerial role overseeing the work of the Reserves team.  We are looking for a positive, dynamic, results-oriented individual to ensure our Reserves are managed for the maximum biodiversity benefit and to progress new land acquisitions and projects to meet our 30by30 aspirations. The post is permanent, subject to funding and satisfactory completion of a probationary period.  A valid driving license is required. Herefordshire Wildlife Trust was founded in 1962 and is one of the federation of 46 Wildlife Trusts in the UK.  It has over 5,000 members and 55 nature reserves across the county, many of which are of national importance.  It runs a range of advisory, survey, campaign and educational programmes.  Membership is open to all.  Our vision is for a Herefordshi
