Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the NEPA process, and significant experience in preparing both Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) for the Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service, Western Area Power Administration, Bonneville Power Administration, Bureau of Reclamation, and/or US Fish and Wildlife Service. The ideal candidate will also have experience and expertise in environmental consulting, state environmental review (e.g., Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council, Montana Environmental Policy Act, Wyoming Industrial Siting Council, California Environmental Quality Act, etc.), project planning and management, permitting under the Clean Water Act, as well as consultation under Section 106 of the National Historic
