Middlemarch Environmental Ltd is Warwickshire Wildlife Trust's wholly owned subsidiary, ecological consultancy company. Middlemarch Environmental has its own Board of Directors and now has an opening for a new Board member. We are looking for a person who is an experienced, Chartered, Human Resource professional with a wide business background and substantial experience of working at Board Level A strong previous involvement with employee relations, remuneration and employee development is required. Working within a large scale voluntary organisation and knowledge of health and safety, quality and environmental accreditation requirements would be advantageous.
