This is an exciting opportunity to join the Biodiversity Team here at Norfolk County Council. Comprising Norfolk Biodiversity Information Service, Norfolk Biodiversity Partnership and Norfolk Non-Native Species Initiative (NNSI) the team delivers vital work to protect and enhance nature in Norfolk. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the NNSI to collate and monitor data on the distribution and spread of invasive alien species (IAS) in Norfolk, develop action plans to address the species of most urgent concern, facilitate control and eradication projects, and promote awareness of the risks and impacts associated with IAS.
