Primary Objective: Assist with the implementation of field-based and desk-top research projects and management plans that contribute to the assessment and sustainable management of the Northern Territory's terrestrial biota. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Implement research, survey and mapping programs for plants and vegetation communities in the NT. 2. Plan and undertake fieldwork, including complex logistics for remote field trips, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures and Work, Health & Safety guidelines are followed. 3. Contribute to the collection and management of field data and specimens, and their accurate storage in relevant NT government databases. 4. Contribute to the production of scientific or technical reports and other communication products. 5. Work
