The 2022 Ocean Ecosystems Research Intern will support research focusing on U.S. and California Ocean Conservation under the supervision of a Research Biologist in the Conservation and Science Division. The goals of the Conservation and Science Division are to protect and restore California Ocean Ecosystems, improve the sustainability of global fisheries and aquaculture, reduce sources of ocean plastic pollution, and combat climate change impacts on ocean health. The 2022 Ocean Ecosystems Research Intern will conduct a literature review and data analysis to support coastal ecosystem research related to the Division’s sea otter conservation goals.
