This position is responsible for coordination of the Alaska SeaLife Center (ASLC) Oiled Wildlife Response program and aiding the broader Wildlife Response program. Education/Training Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in a similar position or the equivalent required;
  • Grant and accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Incident Command System and HAZWOPER certification(s) preferred.
Essential Duties:
  1. Coordinates the development of protocols and guidelines of oiled wildlife response in collaboration with the Husbandry, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Director of Animal Health, and Stranding Manager
  1. Continually monitors grant and budget
