Our expanding organization seeks to hire a temporary full-time Operations Director to join the Nisqually Reach Nature Center team. The position is for a 6-month term, with the possibility to extend further. The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including supervising staff and resident caretakers. This position will also provide critical analysis and develop organizational processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Education Director, Science Director, and three Resident Caretaker(s).
  • Manage and direct all day-to-day operations.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives to meet the mission and vision of the organization.
