The Fish and Wildlife Research Institute is seeking qualified applicants to fill two analytical support positions in the Fisheries Dependent Monitoring subsection. The applicants selected for these positions will support efforts to collect, manage and analyze recreational catch and effort data statewide.  The applicants selected should have an interest in contributing to improving data collection that supplements state and regional stock assessments.   Responsibilities that are common to both positions include:
  • Manipulating large data sets, synthesizing data, creating standardized time series
  • Develop new and improved methods to share and disseminate data and results, including web query tools.
