LUC‘s Scotland-based ecology team works extensively within the energy generation and transmission industries. In 2020, through strategic appointment, we developed our ornithological service and have enjoyed considerable growth in our share of these markets. Our current projects include wide-ranging ornithological surveys and assessments for proposed wind farm schemes across Scotland. In order to further develop our capacity in this area, we intend to appoint either a consultant and / or a senior consultant ornithologist.
