We are looking for temporary surveyors to undertake surveys for gull species in urban areas. The project is subject to funding however will include widespread surveys of 1km survey areas located within urban and semi-urban areas. We are therefore looking for surveyors who have ornithological survey experience of gull species, training will be given to standardize methodology.
Candidates should have access to their own transport or be well linked to sizeable urban areas via public transport. The project will be delivered in a COVID secure manner.  Applicants are welcome to fit surveys around existing workloads including at weekends, there is however a limited 6 week survey window (April to end of May).
