Job Description Purpose The Regulations & Enforcement Officer, a key point of contact with the public and stakeholders, is responsible for communicating provincial and Authority policy and legislation regarding development activities regulated under the Conservation Authorities Act (Section 28) through the Development, Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourses Regulation (Ontario Regulation 167/06).
