JOB DESCRIPTION: Outdoor School staff members will be a part of a collaborative educational team implementing online learning to 6th and 7th grade classrooms. As an instructor, you will teach 6th or 7th grade students in an online format.  Instructors will adhere to best practices in education that focus on accessibility, equity and engagement by approaching teaching through a universal design learning (UDL) approach*.  Educational teams will work within online school classrooms to implement pre-planned science lessons during regularly scheduled school hours. Instructors may also be asked to help implement supplemental learning like recording and participating in science demonstration videos.
