Oxfordshire County Council's Countryside Access Team [CAT] is based in Eynsham to the west of Oxford City. The CAT are responsible for carrying out the day to day management of the public rights of way network across the County and provide a front-line service working with land managers, user groups and the general public to improve and enhance access into Oxfordshire's beautiful countryside, via over 4000km of footpaths, bridleways, restricted byways and byways.   In your role you will assist in small scale practical maintenance and improvement projects, on the public rights of way network. You will be required to work extensively outdoors throughout the year, sometimes in remote locations, using your proven practical countryside skills.   Newly qualified in country
