As Director of Conservation and Education you will be responsible for the development and control of the in situ conservation and education functions of SWEPL and for the conservations projects, research output and internal and external advocacy by SWEPL and WWCT to ensure they continue to meet their strategic aims. You will manage the Field Conservation and Research Team and oversee the Veterinary and Education teams. You will liaise with all members of the Senior Management Team to integrate these aims and objectives with the overall strategic goals of the sites. You will be required to represent the organisation at various forums in the UK and overseas.
