These positions may be filled for a six month seasonal period, but can vary due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: March-July 2022.

Duties

  • Incumbent may be responsible for developing formal and informal interpretive programs and presenting these programs in varying forms such as talks, walks, and demonstrations.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for performing high angle climbing patrols of 5.9 or higher.
  • They may assist with emergency operations such as Emergency Medical Incidents, search and rescue operations, and wildland fire operations.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
