Project Description Two Peace Corps Response Volunteers (PCRV) with Degrees in Environmental, Hydrochemical, Agricultural Engineering or a related field are needed to serve as Water Resources Management Specialists with the Center for Research and Promotion of Farmers – CIPCA in Piura, Peru. CIPCA works to promote the sustainable management of natural resources (water, soil and forests); address climate change; and strengthen local and regional institutions. In the district of Canchaque approximately 80.20% of the houses are built with adobe material, with an earth floor, and 80% do not have minimum basic services, which negatively impact the quality of life of the population.
