The Klamath Bird Observatory (www.KlamathBird.org) is seeking seasonal field technicians from May 2nd through July 15th (1-2 positions available starting in June through July 15th), to complete point count surveys throughout the diverse and beautiful regions of southern Oregon, eastern Oregon, and/or northern California. Technicians will work for multiple projects consisting of monitoring effects of oak and stream restoration and long-term monitoring in both private and public lands. Surveyors will work in northeastern Oregon conifer forests, eastern Oregon sagebrush habitat, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Oregon Caves National Monument, Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, and/or Crater Lake National Park.
