COMPASS seeks motivated candidates for the one-year term position of Policy Engagement Fellow to play an integral role in our Policy and Science Solutions program. This is a full-time, exempt position at approximately 40 hours per week and based in the Washington, DC office (remote until safe to work in person again).  The rate of pay is $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.  COMPASS offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, and generous paid time off.
