Help the Wood River Land Trust with our Pollinator Initiative and connect students and the community to our restoration work! The Pollinator Initiative promotes pollinator habitat through habitat restoration and educational programming for youth and adults. This position will mix land management and community conservation by leading community workdays, engaging with school groups, designing and implementing pollinator habitat improvement projects at our Colorado Gulch Preserve. The AmeriCorps member will help the Land Trust increase its outreach to connect with a broader cross-section of the community in a manner that connects people to the land and helps them understand the benefits of restoring habitat and conserving land and water.
