An exciting new PDRA position has opened at the Marine Biological Association to investigate link between harmful algae and toxin production in the European coastal waters using molecular methods. The role is part of a larger  EU Horizon 2020 project ACTNOW to ‘Advance the understanding of Cumulative Impacts on European marine biodiversity, ecosystem functions and services for human wellbeing’. The position will investigate the relationship between harmful algae and toxin genes, and multiple environmental drivers, across systems in Europe.
