Do you have experience with great apes, and want to work as a zookeeper in Kristiansand Dyrepark? Our animal department is currently looking for a temporary zookeeper. The primate department is responsible for the care, welfare and display of chimpanzees, bornean orangutans, javan langurs, yellow cheeked gibbons, black spider monkeys, lion tamarins, pygmy marmosets, squirrel monkeys and ringtail lemurs. We are looking for a candidate who has gained knowledge about, and has experience as a zookeeper for great apes and who enjoys communicating about animals to guests. Responsibilities
  • Daily responsibility for care and supervision of the animals
  • Cleaning and maintenance of enclosures
