The Organization The Bay Area Restoration Council (BARC) is a registered charitable non-profit organization formed in 1991 to represent the public interest in the restoration of Hamilton Harbour and its watershed. BARC envisions a thriving, healthy and accessible Harbour for all. We lead and engage in collective action to realize that vision through education and collaboration.
