The Environmental Law Programme (ELP) is the principal source of environmental governance and legal expertise to the IUCN Programme. The work of the ELP is carried out by the IUCN Environmental Law Centre (ELC) in collaboration with the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law (WCEL) and IUCN Global, Regional and Country Programmes.
