Position summary: The Office Coordinator will serve as a key organizer in a multitude of roles in the Rainforest Alliance’s Washington, DC office. Specifically. the Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Rainforest Alliance’s DC office by working closely with the RA-IT, Finance, and Operations departments. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will be working closely with the Accountability Framework Initiative (AFi) team members by assisting with the key operational needs of the program. Additional tasks include assisting with organizational policy and systems roll outs, researching best compliance practices, and compiling information as needed for the Finance & Administration team.
