About the role

Play a leading role in the management of the Derwent Field Centre operations and resources as you assist the Ranger in Charge providing practical and expert on ground support. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the field centre and assist the Ranger in Charge with the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures. Leadership skills will be vital as you supervise employees and volunteers, and assist with the induction and training plans to maximise employee potential. The Derwent Field Centre office is located near Hobart.
